Biography
Under the prefix Bearspaw, I have bred, owned, and/or shown over 40 Finnish Lapphund champions in Canada, the US, Finland, Belgium, and Czech. We have contributed towards additional champions in Estonia and Australia through stud services. Lappies bred, owned, or shown by me have won specialty shows in Canada and Finland, won World Winners, and other awards at Westminster, Eukenuba, and all breed BIS, RBIS. I am a lifetime member of Lappalaiskoirat ry, the breed parent club in Finland. I am a permit judge for half of the herding group.
