Biography
Growing up with Spaniel and Spitz breeds, in early adulthood I acquired my first Rhodesian Ridgeback. Initially breeding Rhodesian Ridgebacks, which will always be close to my heart, over the years Whippets evolved into my primary breed. Breeding under the Vrymeer prefix, I have bred multiple Best in Specialty winners, CKC and AKC bench and Grand Champions, along with a variety of performance titles in every venue. I believe it is an important aspect of judge’s education to attend performance events to better understand the traits that make a breed functional and fit for its original purpose. I am currently licensed for half of the Hound Group and on permit for the second half.
