Biography
My husband and I live on 11 acres 45 mins NW of Edmonton, Alberta with our collies, whippets, horses, peacocks and chickens! I’ve been teaching conformation handling classes since 1998 to the present and was also an all-breed handler for over 25 years, showing many client dogs to Best in Shows, Best Puppy in Shows, many group wins and placements and have won Regional and National Specialties with them. I have bred Collies (Rough and Smooth) under the Tamaron prefix since 1987 and Whippets under the Counterpoint prefix since 2009. My collies and whippets have won National and Regional Specialties and many Best in Shows. I’ve presented seminars on Whippets to judges study groups and have done seminars on evaluating puppies. I am a life member of the CKC.
